Jonaver Luklukan is a well-known gospel singer in the Philippines under the Far East Broadcasting Company (FEBC) since 1989 up to present. He studied Voice and Conducting under the tutelage of Ligaya Quinicho, a professor at the University of the Philippines (Conservatory of Music).

After graduating from UP Conservatory of Music he decided to teach music in a Christian School; after years of teaching, He had this desire to develop his own Private School. God heard his prayers, and in 1997 married his Bella. In 1998, Throne of Wisdom Christian Academy was established, it offers the following levels of school, Pre-school, Primary, Intermediate, and Junior High School, and continues to grow. 

In the year 2002, he became a pastor and began plating a church in Binangonan, Rizal. He finished his Pastoral Degree in Zion Ministerial Institute and continued his Master of Divinity in Andrew Theological Seminary in the year 2013. Thirty-Eight (38) churches were established in different areas of the Philippines. 

Jonaver is the eldest among five (5) siblings. In 1997, he married Doctor Isabel Labao-Luklukan. God blessed them with four (4) beautiful children, Lucy (23), Niah (21), Paula (20), Isaiah (16), and 21 lovely dogs. Jonaver is a Senior Pastor at Family of Believers Christian Church and is residing in Rizal, Philippines.
