Guy Pilette
Director of Baseball Operations

Guy Pilette represents Global Sports as our Director of Baseball Operations.

Born in Canada, he spent the first 32 years of his life as a musician including The Raftsmen,Canada’s #1 folk music group. In 1973-74, he travelled with a Vegas show group called The Command Performance. In 1976, a record deal brought him to Buffalo, NY.

While on the road for some 40 years, he passed the time in many hotel rooms, developing a card & dice baseball game that he sold to a company in Vancouver. They turned it into a computer game which was endorsed by Tony Kubek and eventually by the MLB Players Association. At a trade show in 1993, he attracted the attention of another presenter, Doyle Baseball School.

For 6 years, he travelled coast-to-coast as a Doyle Instructor. In 1999, Doyle Baseball moved him to Winter Haven, Fl,  to help with the National Certification of Coaches. He has lived in Winter Haven ever since.

Since Jeff Siegel and Dale Broom were both involved with Doyle Baseball, it was a natural fit for Guy to join Go Global Ministries to work with the baseball program. Since Guy still plays bass in his home church praise band, his talent adds to the musical content of Go Global Ministries.

Guy and his wife Donna have a son and three daughters, two son-in-laws, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren, with one more on the way.

Thank you so much for choosing to donate! I am grateful for every gift given to the work of Go Global.
