Arnold Santonia, with a deep-seated passion for theological education and leadership development, serves as the Director of Discipleship Training for Go Global Ministries in the Philippines. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Asia Pacific Theological Seminary in Baguio City, obtained in 1993, and a Doctor of Theology from Asia Baptist Graduate Theological Seminary in Hong Kong, completed in 2002. Further enhancing his leadership capabilities, Arnold completed advanced training at the Haggai Institute in Singapore in 2004. With a rich history of academic involvement, Arnold has contributed as adjunct faculty at both the Asia Pacific Theological Seminary and Philippine Baptist Theological Seminary, and continues to mentor faculty at Global University’s Philippine branch.

Together with his wife, Virginia Bañares Santonia, Arnold leads a fulfilling personal and professional life. Married for 36 years, they share the joy of parenting three children who are also actively engaged in ministry. Arnold has been the senior pastor of Light of the World Worldwide Ministries in Baguio City since 1990, where under his leadership, the congregation has grown significantly from a handful to approximately 1500 members today. His commitment extends beyond local church activities, as he actively mentors pastors and churches across the Philippines and other parts of Asia, striving to cultivate a deeper understanding and practice of discipleship in the global community.
