Whitney Goddard's mission is to use the sports platform to share the love of Jesus Christ with those who do not know Him. Whitney attended Redlands Community College on a full scholarship for volleyball, earning NJCAA scholar and volleyball honors. She then transferred to Wayland Baptist University, where she graduated with a B.A. in Visual Arts and a minor in religion, receiving the Tim Bell Art Award and Scholarship. Whitney later attained a Teaching Certification in Core Subjects 4-8 in Texas and a TESOL certification.

Whitney's career has been deeply intertwined with sports and education. She began coaching volleyball at 16 and later headed the volleyball program at Harvest Christian Academy in Texas. Here, she also taught early childhood and middle school art classes. Whitney has consistently coached club volleyball since 2007, and currently coaches a 17's team in Wichita, KS. Additionally, she has experience coaching basketball and soccer and taught 6th grade Social Studies at Wayside Middle School.

Beyond coaching, Whitney has been a lead teacher at child development centers, a nanny, and a teacher. Her most recent role was a Site Supervisor for the YMCA, overseeing a before and after school education program. She has also developed her own curriculum for high school classes in Thailand, where she worked as an EFL teacher.

Raised in a Christian home with a strong emphasis on missions, Whitney has been active in church from a young age. She has led Bible Drill programs, participated in youth groups, and engaged in international missions, including a year in Asia as an Au Pair for a missionary family. Whitney's commitment to her faith and passion for sports forms the cornerstone of her mission to share the love of Jesus Christ.

Whitney is the youngest of four siblings, all involved in ministry. Recently married, she cherishes her role as a stepmother to two wonderful boys. Her life's mission is to serve wherever God calls, using sports as a platform to reach out to others.
